We collect, process and use the data you provide to us regarding your name, title, profession and your address for our information and that of our partners on your participation in our events. If you do not want us to continue using your address for information about our events, you have a statutory right of revocation (s. 28 (4) of the German Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz BDSG)). We oblige our staff and the service providers commissioned by us to keep all information confidential and to comply with the effective legal data protection regulations.
Requests for Educational Grant Packages have to be submitted before June 30th, 2020.Participants who are accepted for Educational Grant support will be informed by e-mail until July 15th, 2020. The possibility to be supported depends on grants availability. Applicants shall be selected on the basis of qualifications and application date.
If travel arrangements are part of your confirmed Educational Grant support wikonect - as congress agency in charge - will organise the journey to and from Berlin for you. Arrangements between the airport and the venue are not part of the Educational Grant support.
If accommodation is part of your confirmed Educational Grant support wikonect - as congress agency in charge - will book a hotel room for you according to the confirmed dates. The hotel is chosen by the congress agency according to the common standards of a congress hotel. If needed or neccessary due to unforeseen circumstances wikonect reserves the right to change the hotel.
After confirmation and booking of the travel arrangements no changes are possible. If you should need to change date or time of your flight or your train schedule, you will need to proceed with the amendments yourself.
Modifications need to be made at the expenses of the Educational Grant Participant.
Educational Grant Participants are obliged to inform the congress agency about any changings concerning their participation in the event at the earliest convenience.
Events shall only take place if a minimum attendance figure is reached. The organiser reserves the right to replace speakers, change the date and location, to cancel events or to change the program. If an event is cancelled, already paid fees shall be reimbursed in full. Any further claims for compensation shall be ruled out.
Wiesbaden shall be the place of performance and legal venue.
