General Information:

The registration procedure is only four steps:

1) Data of participant: Select the participant type. As ePoster submitter please use "Participant ePoster". We kindly ask you to complete the following details and confirm your entries by clicking "Continue". You are able to indicate a different billing address at step 3.

2) Booking of congress tickets: May you please choose the congress registration and the type of seminar compendium.

3) Invoice address and payment: At this step, you may choose a different invoice address. Please pay via credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD).

4) Check your Data: We kindly ask you to check all entered data. Furthermore, please note that you have to accept our general terms and conditions for a successful registration. After that, you are going to be forwarded to our secure payment handling. By finalising the payment, you are going to receive an email with the confirmation of your registration and your invoice.

For security reasons, the registration process is automatically interrupted after 20 minutes and all entered data is going to be deleted.

Invitation Letter
To create an official invitation letter, we need your passport data (passport no., date of issue, expiry date). Kindly note that invitation letters are only issued after settled registration fees.
